File Weaver - Privacy Policy

File Weaver is a batch file-renaming utility for macOS.

What we collect

Nothing. File Weaver runs entirely on your Mac. The app does not include any analytics, telemetry, crash-reporting, advertising, or tracking software. No data is sent to Sprocket Consulting Ltd, to Apple, or to any other party.

What the app accesses

File Weaver only reads and writes files and folders that you explicitly drag onto its window or select through the macOS Open panel. Access is granted to the app by macOS itself, through the standard system sandbox. The app never scans your disk for files you did not explicitly hand it.

What we share

Nothing. There are no servers, no third parties, and no network requests made by File Weaver in normal use.

Children

File Weaver is a utility for adults and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from any user, including children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in a future release, the new version will be published on this page with an updated effective date.
